His itinerary was well presented with all necessary information and pictures for reference. The guides were professional and approachable. They went the extra mile by suggesting/adding some extra sights. We could not visit the Blue Mosque as it’s undergoing renovations, so my guide suggested another mosque with blue tiles. I wanted to see some other Lycian tombs in Fethiye and Ertunga immediately made adjustments to my itinerary so that we can squeeze in the extra attraction the following day. Lunch was included in the tour, and the guides ensured my mum (vegan) had something to eat. They also suggested vegetarian-friendly restaurants which we can visit on our own for dinner. We sat in a comfortable Mercedes Vito throughout the trip and mineral water was provided. Hotel and airport pick-ups were punctual. I also liaised with Maria during the tour and she always responded promptly. Lastly, a big thank you to my guides, Cafer (Istanbul), Nilay (Cappadocia), and Ertunga; and all the drivers .
